Material: iphone 13 Idea: In this piece, I still want to convey the oppression and control imposed by my parents. I hope to express the feeling of confinement and restraint through towering fences, making it impossible to escape. While sitting within the fence, all I can do is watch helplessly, unable to take any action and devoid of the power to do so. Progress: I took this photo with my phone. First, I placed a chair in front of the fence, maintaining a certain distance from it. Then, I set a timer on my phone, sat on the chair, and took this photo. Afterwards, I made some adjustments to the filters, choosing a black tone to accentuate the feelings of despair and helplessness.

Material: iphone 13 Idea:  In this piece, I primarily aim to convey my desire to escape the oppression of my parents and attain freedom. The torn plastic symbolizes my aspiration to break free from this confinement, reflecting my hopes for liberation. Process: I took this photo with my phone. First I took a  transparent plastic sheet  and tore it apart, then I placed my face in the center of the crack to express my desire to escape from the control. Finally, I adjusted the contrast, brightness and dark corners of the photo and used some filters to emphasize the atmosphere I wanted to convey.

Material: Canon ixus 105, Iphone 13 Idea: In this piece,  I want to be surrounded by curtains to symbolize the constraints imposed by my parents, making it difficult to escape. However, the upward gaze and the beams of light around me also reflect my longing to break free from this confinement and seek freedom. Process: I surrounded myself with curtains and stood by the window, ensuring that light could penetrate. Then, I took a selfie from bottom to top to express a longing for freedom. Finally, I added a few filters to make the whole photo look more vibrant and filled with hope.

Material: iphone 13 Idea: I want to convey the idea that I have the desire to escape this kind of restrcition and oppression from my parents.  Process: I plan to use plastic bag or plastic paper to show this idea. 

 Material: iphone 13 Idea: In this piece, I want to reflect that my parents' strong oppression and restriction on me, so I use the element of camera to play a role of monitoring. And because my parents and I are in different countries, one of their ways to "control" me is through camera, knowing what I am doing. This piece aims to convey the idea that children facing parental oppression experience limited autonomy, needing their parents' constant supervision and approval for any action, highlighting the parents' strong inclination for control. Process: I started by taking a few shots of myself in the corner of my bathroom from different angles, showing being controlled, panicked as well as broken. I then overlaid multiple images and incorporated camera shots in the upper left and right corners to convey my theme. To complete the composition, I applied several layers of filters to depict the sense of oppression and detachment.
